Product introduction :
Formestane has a very long active life on the order of 24-36 saatler. This amount will usually last you about 3-4 weeks at a sufficient dosage of 200-400mg per day. I have found 200mg a day to be perfect for on cycle anti-estrogen usage and for post-cycle recovery of natural testosterone. Formestane has zero negative feedback (even though it is an androgen by definition) and serves to elevate natural testosterone as well as any anti-estrogen/anti-aromatase drug out there, next to clomid.
Formestane attacks the aromatase enzyme and is therefore a first line inhibitor. So if you need immediate relief of estrogen during your cycle, you need a second class drug (estrogen receptor blocker) such as nolvadex or clomid. Formestane is a lot like arimidex in its mechanism of action in attacking the aromatase enzyme itself.
Formestane decreases SHBG by 34% thus increasing androgen activity, which basically makes androgens/steroids in your systems MORE effective WITHOUT any increase in dosage. Formestane increases IGF-1 levels by a whopping 26%.Doing so creates the perfect anabolic muscle building environment on cycle, off cycle and during ect.
Formestane is a second generation, irreversible, steroidal aromatase inhibitor. It inhibits the aromatase enzyme responsible for converting androgens to estrogens, thereby preventing estrogen production. Breast cancer may be estrogen sensitive or insensitive. A majority of breast cancers are estrogen sensitive. Estrogen sensitive breast cancer cells depend on estrogen for viability.
Thus removal of estrogen from the body can be an effective treatment for hormone sensitive breast cancers. Formestane has been targeted specifically for the treatment of postmenopausal women. Unlike premenopausal women who produce most estrogen in the ovaries, postmenopausal women produce most estrogen in peripheral tissues with the help of the aromatase enzyme. Formestan, an aromatase inhibitor, can thus help to decrease the local production of estrogen by blocking the aromatase enzyme in peripheral tissues (ie. Adispose tissue of the breast) to treat hormone sensitive breast cancer.

Formestan Dozaj:
The most common version of it sold was in a topical gel form and it was dosed at 100-200mgs per application. Users would apply it onto clean, dry skin and rub in thoroughly; usually on the thighs or upper arms. It took 1 ile 5 minutes to dry.
The injectable version for both breast cancer purposes and bodybuilders is 125mgs twice per week or 250mgs once per week.
