Trestolone base(3764-87-2) is a synthetic androgen taken to build muscle rapidly, and is a theoretical candidate drug for use in hormonal male contraceptive methods. In males, regular administration of sufficient quantities of trestolone induces a state of temporary infertility. Trestolone is also a synthetic androgen used as a potential hormonal male contraceptive method that induces a state of termporary infertility.

Trestolone base is an experimental contraceptive treatment and is not yet available commercially. It is currently being evaluated for safety and effectiveness in scientific studies, supported by the Population Council. Trestolone base as a derivative of the anabolic steroid hormone nandrolone, trestolone’s viability as a male contraceptive is twofold.

Trestolone Base is a synthetic androgen that is ten times as potent as testosterone. MENT is not 5-alpha reduced to DHT. It inhibits gonadotrophin release, suppresses testosterone and sperm production. Yet, MENT provides adequate replacement therapy for most androgen-dependant functions. MENT has a faster metabolic clearance rate than testosterone and, in contrast to testosterone, MENT does not bind to sex hormone binding globulin . MENT remains capable of aromatization (to 7-alpha-methyl-estradiol) preserving the benefits estrogen imparts on male physiology.

Dozaj:

For beginners/average users: 4 ile 6 haftalar.

For advanced prohormone/anabolic hormone users: 6 ile 8 weeks max.

Trestalone Toxicity: Moderate to Low toxicity (depending on dosage)

Effective dose: 20-50mgs per day for an experienced user. This dose will be dependent on the form of trestolone that is taken. The oral and transdermal dosing may be slightly higher than the injectable form. An aromatase inhibitor such as Arimidex and a prolactin inhibitor such as cabergoline should be on hand for prolactin and estrogen related side effects.
