1-Testosterone has a structure similar to testosterone but the double bond is in a different place. 1-Testosterone is a 1,2-double bond instead of a 4,5-double bond in its A ring. With the positive aspects of the lack of aromatization associated with dihydroboldenone also come the negative ones.
