When bodybuilders transform their body, it often consists of 2 main stages: bulking and cutting.

During a bulk, people tend to gain as much size as possible; gaining a combination of muscle and fat. This is then followed by a cut, where the aim is to burn fat, whilst retaining the muscle they gained from the bulk.

A bodybuilder must make many sacrifices when undergoing these 2 different phases. When bulking, one must be willing to gain fat in order to add extra muscle. And when cutting, one must be ready to be hungry and irritable at times in their quest for six pack abs.

 

 

Although it’s not easy, there ARE ways to build muscle and burn fat at the same time…helping you get jacked without getting fat.

…And helping you burn fat without having to worry about losing muscle.

One of the best ways to build muscle and burn fat simultaneously is to take specific steroids which have anabolic AND fat burning properties.

HGH has only just come to the fore in the last 30 years. As a result many bodybuilders are bigger than ever before; whilst being more ripped than they’ve ever been.

However, please don’t combine HGH with insulin whatever you do.

Adding insulin with human growth hormone is what causes that enlarged gut seen on many obese-looking bodybuilders today. Do not worry, HGH on its own does not cause this big-belly effect. A tiny waist is perfectly achievable on HGH…but only without the presence of insulin.
